What Is The Pillar and Foundation of Truth?

From today’s reading...

But if I should be delayed,
you should know how to behave in the household of God,
which is the Church of the living God,
the pillar and foundation of truth.”

Notice that in 1 Tim 3:15 Paul does not say that the 

• Torah or
• Iliad or
• New Testament or
• "churches" or
• "pastoral selection committee" or
• "smooth-talkin' preacher man with the nice hair and veneers" or
• "churches started by some European dudes in the 15 and 1600's" or even
• the "Bible, this letter, or anything any of us have written is the pillar and foundation of truth."

Heck, he didn't even mention the Supreme Court, the IRS, Congress, or King James and his boyfriend, George Villiers.

Nope.

Paul said that title of "pillar and foundation of truth" is reserved for "the household of God...the Church of the living God."

Our one God sent His one Son to establish one Church because there is only one Truth, and following that Truth is the only way to...
