Be a Gentle Giant

Written by Wes Schaeffer | August 29, 2017

From today’s reading...

Rather, we were gentle among you,
as a nursing mother cares for her children.”

Paul was the man.

He had authority.

He could’ve spit fire at those who mistreated him in Philippi.

But he didn’t.

He kept his cool.

Paul and his people spoke simply with the sole purpose to serve because he understood why he—and you and I—was put on this earth.

Today, seek to serve.

You can be cruel tomorrow if you just can’t stand being nice for longer than a day.

But I bet you’ll go farther, faster, and smoother if you choose to be kind as you...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.
