Social media and the media are run by the devil himself.
The devil wants you spun up, pissed off, distracted, and exhausted. He wants you angry at everything, everyone, everywhere, non-stop, from the morning you get out of bed, while you sip your coffee, while you eat lunch at your desk, while you ignore your kid’s soccer game, and while you ignore your spouse during the last minutes of the day as you drift off to sleep filled with angst, anger, and resentment.
Don’t give him or them the pleasure and honor of your thoughts and attention.
You can’t save every puppy in the pound.
Put your oxygen mask on first. Set the example which will help open the eyes of some of the blind, which is all you have been called to do.
The harvest is bountiful, but the harvesters are few.

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.
