You Did Not Do That By Your Own Strength

Posted by Wes Schaeffer | July 13, 2022

From today’s reading...

For he thinks: ‘By the strength of my own arm I have done this and by my own wisdom: how intelligent I have been! I have abolished the frontiers between peoples, I have plundered their treasures, like a hero, I have subjugated their inhabitants.’” Isaiah 10:13

This reminds me of the picture of the baby lion roaring and thinking he scared all the other animals away, not realizing his dad was right behind him and was the real reason all his potential attackers fled.

God created your first breath, and you will take your next breath only because God wants it to happen.

Stay humble.

Stay vigilant.

Stay faithful to His Word, which is the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
