Serve One Another In Love

Written by Wes Schaeffer | June 27, 2022

From today’s reading...

After all, brothers, you were called to be free; do not use your freedom as an opening for self-indulgence, but be servants to one another in love, since the whole of the Law is summarised in the one commandment: You must love your neighbour as yourself.” Galatians 5:13-14

You are free to do as you please.

You have free will.

Use it wisely, namely, use it to be like Jesus, which means to spread love.

After all, it’s the easiest, most fruitful path in the long run.

Any fool can give in to his anger and hatred in the spur of the moment, and it might even feel good…for a moment.

But it’s a heavy burden to carry over a lifetime because hate is acidic and creates enemies, all of whom must be watched and thwarted.

That’s why love is the easiest, wisest path, making it the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
