The Child In My Womb Leapt For Joy

Posted by Wes Schaeffer | May 31, 2022

From today’s reading...

‘Look, the moment your greeting reached my ears, the child in my womb leapt for joy.’” Luke 1:44

For at least 2,000 years, women have known three things about childbirth:

  1. Men can’t get pregnant.
  2. It’s a child they are carrying in their wombs.
  3. That child is not their own body.

Mary knew it. Elizabeth knew it. John the Baptist knew it in the womb, as did Jesus.

If you want to leap for joy, see children as the gift from God that they are, and treat them as such.

It’s the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
