Proclaim Like Paul In Pisidia

Written by Wes Schaeffer | May 17, 2019

From today’s reading...

When Paul came to Antioch in Pisidia, he said in the synagogue:
‘My brothers, children of the family of Abraham,
and those others among you who are God-fearing,
to us this word of salvation has been sent.’”

Paul and all the Apostles and Disciples were called not to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, nor were they called to be spiritual but not religious, nor were they instructed to be open-minded and tolerant, nor were they told to light a candle and place it under a basket.

They were led to go to the centers of influence in every city they could reach and speak the Truth boldly, confidently, proudly, and with conviction.

They were to teach, to inspire, and to challenge.

They were to explain all that happened and what it meant for the salvation of souls.

The Devil wants you to tie yourself up in knots worrying over frivolous topics and word choices to silence you because he knows the Truth is a disinfectant.

So stand up. Straighten up. Speak up. Because that's the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.
