From today’s reading...

Jesus replied: In all truth I tell you, before Abraham ever was, I am.” John 8:58

Once again, Jesus is rattling chains and upsetting apple carts.

The Jews listening to Jesus picked up stones to kill Him in the next verse for saying this.

But note that Jesus doesn’t apologize or water down His message.

He said what He meant, He meant what He said, and He knew that everyone listening understood what He said and its implication.

Think about that for a moment.

You are avoiding making a Tweet or a Facebook post for fear of causing some strangers who live 1,000 miles away and whom you’ll never meet to reply with their own mean Tweet.

So, where do you stand?

It needs to be with I Am, which is the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
