From today’s reading...
‘For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he himself does, and he will show him even greater things than these, works that will astonish you.’” John 5:20
So the Son has seen everything the Father has done, i.e., create the universe, including you, me, hummingbirds, and even Kentucky bourbon, yet even greater things are yet to come.
“How can that be?” you might ask. I mean, what can be more astonishing than the Big Bang, black holes, and the LSU Tigers’ 2019-2020 perfect season?
