So My Anger Can Blaze

Posted by Wes Schaeffer | March 23, 2023

From today’s reading...

‘So leave me now, so that my anger can blaze at them and I can put an end to them! I shall make a great nation out of you instead.’” Exodus 32:10

God was not happy with His children.

Like bored, anxious dogs left alone for too long, they went off and got into trouble, but not the “Oh, oh. I’m gonna be put into timeout” kind of trouble.

It was the “Oh, no. I’m gonna burn in hell for all eternity” kind of trouble.

Fortunately for the Israelites, Moses stepped up and intervened.

Yeah, yeah.

God was probably testing Moses, but still, he rose to the challenge in the footsteps of Abraham.

Be like Abraham and Moses.

Prove yourself worthy of conversing with God.

Intervene on behalf of your sinful brethren so they might do the same for you, which is the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Market like you mean it. Now go sell something.
