Take Pity On Us, Jesus!

Posted by Wes Schaeffer | December 3, 2021

From today’s reading...

As Jesus went on his way two blind men followed him shouting, ‘Take pity on us, son of David.’” Matthew 9:27

You know what your problem is?

You think you haven’t done anything wrong.

You think your sins are small, minor, insignificant, maybe even nonexistent.

You think being spiritual but not religious is biblical.

You think you’re not physically blind, so today’s verse doesn’t apply to you.

You think you’re better than the blind men today and don’t have to seek the forgiveness of God.

That’s a problem.

Now that you see the problem admit it, confess it, seek God’s forgiveness, which is the only way to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
