Choose a Life and Death of Honor

Written by Wes Schaeffer | November 16, 2021

From today’s reading...

Eleazar, one of the foremost teachers of the Law, a man already advanced in years and of most noble appearance, had his mouth forced open, to make him eat a piece of pork. But he, resolving to die with honour rather than to live disgraced, walked of his own accord to the torture of the wheel, having spat the stuff out, as befits those with the courage to reject what is not lawful to taste, rather than live.”
2 Maccabees 6:18-20

Some of y’all don’t want stretch marks, so you abort your child, or you want to travel, so you get “fully vaccinated,” that is until you need a booster…and a booster to the booster…and a third booster.

Some of y’all allow the government to brainwash your children because you’ve allowed yourselves to become brainwashed.

After all, it “just makes life easier and more convenient” to go along with those in charge.

On Judgment Day, God will spit you out faster than Eleazar spit out the pork.

You’re created in the image of God.

You’ve been created to walk in the footsteps of Jesus.

You’re called to pick up your cross.

You’re called to endure the hardships willingly, which He has allowed to come your way.

You’re called to live and die with honor.

The only way to do so is to...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
