Christ Allots God's Favor

On each one of us God's favour has been bestowed in whatever way Christ allotted it. Ephesians 4:7

Imagine meeting Tiger Woods in your hotel lobby and he invites you to dinner, and for three hours, he just complained about how he couldn’t play football as well as Tom Brady or basketball as well as Michael Jordan.

That would be an awkward conversation, wouldn’t it? You'd think he was the biggest ingrate you've ever met. You'd think he was crazy because he is surrounded with opulence and plenty.

I have personally handed money to beggars in India who would gladly live in your garage.

I have broken bread with Pakistani workers in the Middle East who would jump at the opportunity to work the night shift in a convenience store in the bad part of your town.

You have been given what you need.

You have received what you are supposed to receive.

It’s up to you to be grateful for what you have received and to learn how to do the most with it, which means you must...

Stay the course.
Keep the faith.
Endure.

Now go sell something.
