My F-250 Super Duty was made, from the beginning, to take diesel.
Since I live in a free country, I’m free to say, “I identify my truck as having a gasoline engine,” and act accordingly.
What I’m not allowed to do is whine and complain that Ford is out to get me and that their engineers are racist or gasophobic or that they hate men or hate me.
The F-250 creators designed this truck with specific features, so it can perform certain actions.
They also created an owner’s manual so I’d know how to use it properly and effectively for many years to come.
I ignore their advice at my peril.
